Saje Robinson Collection Inc. stands behind its products and guarantees them against any workmanship defects. Should you find any of these defects, we will be happy to exchange any undamaged, unwashed, not yet worn item(s). However, exchanging one style, size or color for a different style, size or color, may be subject to additional cost, in addition to a 25% restocking charge. All returns must have prior return authorization. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Items that have been damaged, washed or altered in any way cannot be exchanged or returned. It is your responsibility to inspect your clothing upon arrival.

How to Exchange

Simply follow the instructions below and your exchanged items will be on their way!

1. Carefully seal exchange items in a box
2. Include a copy of the invoice
3. Provide the style, size and color of the replacement item
4. Mail to the address below:

Please keep in mind that return postage will be at your expense. We ask that you use a carrier that generates tracking numbers to ensure packages are not lost. Also, allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Returns from international addresses may take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please call within two (2) business days of receipt for return authorization.
